motor cover after being polished and drilled. Paint remover or fine sand paper can be used
to remove the factory clear coat and then the piece can be buffed on a power buffing
wheel, or by hand if you have a lot of time. Holes keep things cooler, lighter and just
plain look cool although they might not be a good idea for a bike used on a daily basis or
in wet weather. Intake manifold, engine cases, right side cover, cam sprocket cover and
many small pieces can be polished to a nice shine. |
