Letter B marks the idle speed adjustment, turning this screw in will increase the idle RPM. Phillips screw on the bottom is the float bowl drain screw. carb-4.jpg (12970 bytes) View of the left side showing the Choke Arm (lever pointing upward), fuel inlet (brass fitting on the bottom right), and the float bowl overflow ( small brass fitting on the bottom pointing diagonally to the right)

Wire clip holds on the float bowl, circular cap on the top of the carb gives access to the thottle slide, slide spring and mixture needle.

carb-3.jpg (8666 bytes) View of the intake side of the carb. This photo shows the carb with the choke plate in position, which closes off most of the carb venturi. Note the #16 stamped into the choke plate, this of course means a 16mm venturi.
