The rear motor mount is welded to the front side of the swingarm pivot and the upper mount is welded to a cross tube between the main frame tubes. This is the left side of the chassis, the mounts on the right side are in the same locations, a bolt slides through the mounts on one side, then through the mounting bosses of the engine cases and through the mounts on the other side. These mounts are made of 1/4" thick mild steel flat stock, they are drilled for lightness and to provide alternate mounting locations for the motor |
