Ralph from Holland
Sends pics of his new motor project. Most of the internals are not there but in these photos he has assembled the cases to test fit all the components. Of special note is the ROPE STARTER! Ralph gathered together all the appropriate Honda parts and converted this motor to a rope type starter. Most of the parts numbers were from a Honda 90cc ATC. Looks like another great machine getting put together in Holland.

The pulley affixed to the ign. flywheel has to be modified to fit as well as the flywheel itself, it has to be bored and tapped to accept screws to mount the pulley to the flywheel. The internal 'hook' of the ropey starter that rotates when you pull the cord (sorry for the rediculous description) hooks to the pulley thus rotating the ign. flywheel. Because of the internal 'clutch' in the ropey housing you don't end up without an arm :)  This system seems to be simplified when comparing it to the wrecked ATC110 stuff I have, which is a multiple tiny springs affair. Only spring now is for the rope to rewind.
